Mayzaira Prime uses 4DP Tel as its public brand and operator display name. A new 4DP Tel registration is in progress. These draft terms do not represent 4DP Tel as a registered company, do not provide a registration number and do not substitute the pending formal legal identity. Service scope
Mayzaira Prime is a media player for playlists and provider accounts that the user is authorized to access. It does not include, sell or guarantee channels, playlists or media. Users are responsible for the legality, accuracy, availability and provider terms of every source they connect.
Device registration and access
Each supported installation registers a Mayzaira-scoped device identity and receives an Activation Code and protected device credential. Access is determined by the server-authoritative trial, reviewer or licence status. Attempts to use another application's identity or credentials are rejected.
Current trial behavior
The current production configuration starts one 90-day trial on the first successful registration of a new Mayzaira Prime device. The period is measured by server time, is recorded against that device, and is not restarted or extended by Retry, app updates or a recognized reinstall. A future configuration change applies only to later first registrations and does not silently rewrite an existing trial. This paragraph records current technical behavior and is not a contractual promise until these terms are approved.
Playlist and provider responsibilities
Users must have permission to use every playlist, provider account and item they connect. They must not share credentials beyond provider limits, interfere with another user's session, evade access controls, or use Mayzaira Prime to infringe third-party rights. Provider availability, catalogue content, stream formats and track support remain outside Mayzaira Prime's control.
Commercial status
Public checkout, public pricing, payment gateways and in-app purchases are not enabled. Administrative licence and reseller tools do not by themselves publish a consumer offer. Refund or cancellation terms must be approved before any paid public service is offered.
Information still required
The owner must supply the formal legal identity and registration details when available and legally required, postal address and legal-contact details, and approve eligible territories and age requirements; acceptable-use and content-removal process; service availability commitments; suspension and termination grounds; warranty, liability and indemnity wording; governing law, courts and dispute process; and any future paid-plan, cancellation and refund terms.
