Mayzaira Prime is presented and operated under the public brand name 4DP Tel. A new 4DP Tel registration is in progress; this draft does not claim that 4DP Tel is currently a registered company and does not state a registration number or formal registered legal identity. Public product support is available at mayzairaprime.4dp.tel/contact. A dedicated privacy contact and postal address have not yet been approved.
What Mayzaira Prime processes
The verified service records a device identifier and installation identifier, application/platform/version details, a public Activation Code, protected device credentials, registration and last-seen times, and licence, trial or reviewer-access status. When a user adds a playlist or provider account, the service stores its name, connection details and credentials in protected storage. It also records account, support, security and append-only administrative audit information when those features are used.
Why this information is used
These records support device registration and authentication, licence and trial enforcement, playlist synchronization, provider login, settings and asset delivery, customer support, abuse prevention, security and operational auditing. Mayzaira Prime is a player and does not supply channels, playlists or media.
Website and account sessions
The playlist portal and administrative or reseller areas use necessary session and security cookies for authentication, CSRF protection and request throttling. The public website is not configured with advertising trackers. Provider services receive requests only when the user connects or plays their authorized source, subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices.
Security and isolation
Device keys are stored as protected credentials, provider and playlist secrets are encrypted at rest, and public responses omit saved secrets. Mayzaira Prime has its own database, storage, secrets, session/cache namespaces and administrator identities. MAX and MegaXtream customer, credential, reviewer and session records are not part of the Mayzaira Prime application.
Information still required
Before approval, the owner must provide the formal legal identity and registration number when available and legally required, postal address, dedicated privacy contact, launch and processing countries, hosting and other service providers, lawful bases, retention/deletion periods for each record type, international-transfer details, age/child policy, and the process and response period for access, correction, deletion, objection and complaint requests.
